What do you like best? It's very easy to customize the boards to create a unique process for each project. The UI is very intuitive and easy to understand. We often have users outside of the development team come in and use the tool and they are able to understand it right away. This was not the same for other tools that we tried. Leankit is intuitive and easily customizable

What do you like best? I like that the template for creating a ticket is well laid out and simple to use. I am able to easily find my tickets and leave updates when needed. What do you dislike? Finding older archived tickets can be a little time consuming. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Clear communication with our engineering team as well as easy organization for open issues.

What do you like best? That we can group different cards into section. What do you dislike? In To Do List we can't create our own groups (such as Failed) as there is only do / doing / finished What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? There is a lot of business problems solved. From our team view it's cover the part when we have few tasks on a card, so we can delegate tasks for other teammates and post updates.

What do you like best? I run a small business. LeanKit helps me keep track of my many projects. What do you dislike? I would like to see a report that shows me percentage of work done. Great visibility on what everyone is working on

What do you like best? I like the history tab. Being able to hold people accountable for what they did and when they did it has been great for us. No more "I put the paper on his desk yesterday" What do you dislike? I miss the calendar view. Rather than making it better, it got scrapped. What do you like best? My favorite feature about this platform is the ability for everyone to see the work that is in front of us. What do you dislike? The setting editor could be smoothed out. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Leankit allows the lab to keep track of who is assigned to each task. It also allows the requestor to see what stage the work order request is at.
