So often things would get lost in the shuffle, but because you can add everyone and their emails are connected it is so easy to make sure everyone knows what they need to for Sunday mornings.

Planning Centre Services has an absolutely incredible UI, making the abundance of information that needs to be incorporated in planning an effective service (band members, serving teams, media, speakers, order of events) so intuitive to bring together and coordinate. Scheduling all the different role players is also a sinch and makes a huge difference in administrating service planning.

What do you like best about Planning Center Services? I can send out emails to my team very easily. They have some general templates or you can create your own. Planning Center is so easy to use and you can do SOOO much with it.
