Fantastisk service

Jeg har været igennem min første test af planday, i frivilligt regi. De har været lynende hurtige til at svare og komme med løsningsmuligheder i forhold til opsætning. Derudover fungerer systemet bare godt, selv om hele lønningsdelen ikke har været relevant.Så stor tak.

Da vi udvidede vores åbningstid fra kun at tælle dagstimer til pludselig at være døgnåbent, fik vi en udfordring med at holde styr på timesatser, løn og vagtplaner. Vi forsøgte i noget tid med en simpel Excel løsning, men det løb bare løbsk. Easy and accessible

What do you like best? It is easy to work with and well organized. What do you dislike? Doing the roster. It is kind of complicated assigning several shifts to one person. Especially if they are different shifts. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It gives you a clear idea of your staff costs up against your revenue. Easy to see who is working. It lets you know if you double rostered someone.

Overall great service and well functioning system.

What do you like best? The support, which is always ready to help when needed. What do you dislike? That there are some urgent flaws, which sometimes takes a long time to fix. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We make sure to schedule our employees according to current legislation and collective agreement.

What do you like best? Fully customisable employee fields. Automatic holiday pay calculation based on pay history. What do you dislike? It would be good to include contracts that have been e-signed in the "Document Overview". What do you like best? Easy scheduling and holiday calculation. Easy staff communication. What do you dislike? Occasionally it runs slow due to updates etc. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's a good idea to speak to someone who is already using it as there are so many benefits that can be explained. What do you like best? Mobile App with punch in/out clock that simplifies the tracking time and ensure a good control of actual and accumulate hours of the employees. Training days to get know the sofware are unlimited included with very helpfull and kindly traineers.
