Good sales tool that works with other platforms

What do you like best? Pipedrive is great for salesmen and marketing alike. I use it to integrate with Mailchimp for a complete sales solution. It does a good job of keeping track of these things and keeps client information current. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I was looking for a powerful and graphically pleasant tool to manage my prospecting (instead of an excel spreadsheet).
