What do you like best? Pipe drive is so user friendly. It provides easy feedback and allows organization of customer database. What do you dislike? I wish that you could assign tasks to more then one person. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sales are made easy with pipedrive. Organization is a price of cake.

5 Stars, Not for the reason you think

OK. So I have worked with a lot of CRM's in my time and I have to say I am very impressed with Pipedrive. There are two reasons for this.1 CRM's are usually complicated. Pipedrive is not anywhere near as complicated as the others, but it does offer enough features for it to be a great system. Is it perfect no, could it improve in areas... yes. What do you like best? I love the integration that allows easy communication with coworkers and tracking of emails and phone calls.
