Pipe drive is much more user friendly…
Pipe drive is much more user friendly then sales force- at one click I get get a snapshot of my business. This helps me stay focused on the deals that are moving and follow up with ones that may need more work. It would be helpful to have some kind of integrated software for capturing business card information. Also maybe something that could run tandem with LinkedIn. Simple easy
Simple easy, visual.There are countless CRM's out there from simple address books to complex systems that automatically do this or that that need a Phd to set up. Pipedrive for me is perfect. it is simple, and gives me a visual reminder of where each sale is at, since the whole goal is to get them to the finish line. An item on a to do list doesn't always convey how close we are to a sale.

Best CRM! Easy, Enjoyable, Flexible, Customizable
I have implemented Pipedrive at 3 companies now and everyone loves it! I love how autonomous the program is: updating and personalizing can happen in minutes and on the go. It is simple to learn on your own or after a 30 minute training, super intuitive. And ee all know Salespeople hate reporting; Pipedrive's interface makes it enjoyable and simple. The mobile app is wonderful as well. It's been great watching them grow and improve over the years. Looking forward to their future development!
