Pipedrive actually gives you all three.Considering how budget-friendly Pipedrive is, you might expect reliable but basic product. In fact, you'll be amazed at the rich variety of ways to track your contacts.It's easy to learn, flexible, and when you run into an issue, support responds quickly. Definitely recommend.

I've used a lot of different CRM's over the years. My favorite has been Pipedrive. Not only is it feature-rich with things that are important to me, like my sales pipeline, but it is activity-based. Meaning, the system regularly prompts you for next actions. This is crucial for keeping track of deals and customer relationships.

Great pipeline management tool for sales

Easy planning, automation, tracking of correspondence with Outlook. I can see if and when they open emails and even if they clicked on a link within the email or not! This allows me to gauge temperature before even engaging in a phone conversation. Support is quick to respond and software is intuitive. Great product, highly recommend.

I am addicted to Pipedrive :)

I've been in sales for 15 years. I've worked on Piperdirve for the last two years. Finally, I 've got a solution for almost all the challenges related to the sales industry.
