Great Sales Persons CRM
What do you like best? Love the Deals overview page and the ability to have as many pipelines and stages as I want. What do you dislike? Currently the calendar sync isn't working for me. It used to and must be an issue with my specific email/calendar provider, but not having the cal integration is a pain. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing my sales opportunities and creating/tracking tasks to follow up is a huge benefit.

This solution has to be one of the most straight forward on the market, easy to use and very intuitive. I have been using Pipedrive for some time and have recommended to larger organisations than myself. Customer service, if you have any questions, is also first class.

What I've always dreamed of - no wait! MUCH MORE
Went through at least 5 Customer Relationship Management systems BEFORE finding Pipedrive. The first 2 involved using database software. Then there was 1 to which I reacted with stress the moment I went in, and this was followed by 2 that eventually went out of business. Pipedrive keeps wildy and unexpectedly improving, the Customer Service is just heavenly (VERY IMPORTANT) and I am confident that I will grow into it more and more and we will build my DREAMS together!
