Easy setup but missing key features

What do you like best? The direct integration with Hubspot made it very easy to setup and get going with active syncing. What do you dislike? It only syncs contact info, and does not sync anything like email activity, which is a key feature when we're syncing with an email provider and that info is key to how we score our leads.
