What do you like best about Paylocity? Paylocity helps us maintain our emploee data efficiently. It offers a number of features such customizing reports, ACA tracking, time and labor, benefits, community, onboarding and the like. There customer service department is amazing, especially my assigned account rep for Benefits. The open enrollment process has been seamless over the last few years.

What do you like best about Paylocity? Paylocity is easy to use, and if you can't figure something out, the training videos are amazing and give step by step instructions. They also have the chat box to use for support, and I love the convience of the chat.

What do you like best about Paylocity? I love how user-friendly the application is. Both the mobile and the web applications are very clean and useful, I use it every single week, usually multiple times a week. There are a plethora of features available and they are adding more all the time. The best part is probably the ease of accessibility with having multiple ways to access the information.

What do you like best about Paylocity? The customer service is top notch. The level of service I've received when I've interacted with the customer service department is amazing. There is a low to no wait time to speak to someone and my questions have always been answered.
