What do you like best about Paycor? Enjoy giving and receiving Recognition. Love the option to receive anonymous feedback and have managers be notified when Recognition is received. I wish 7Geese had a feature where I could submit (via a forward to a dedicated email address) client praise, and then my manager could confirm what I submitted as correct. What do you like best about Paycor? I absolutely LOVE running one on ones through 7geese. It saves me so much time and allows both me and my team to come more fully prepared to meetings. What do you dislike about Paycor? There is very little to dislike. If I had to pick one thing I guess it would be that I'd like the ability to have more options when it comes to setting the frequency of recurring one on one meetings. would be nice to add bi-weekly, quarterly, etc. Recommendations to others ...

What do you like best about Paycor? It is an easy way to conduct regular performance check-ins in a relaxing, low pressure way. It helps remove fear for the employee and stress for the manager.
