"Terrible customer service - slow response times and limited phone support"

What do you like best about Paycor? Nothing. After reviewing other payroll providers, we have found that just about every provider is better than Paycor. What do you dislike about Paycor? The response time on cases is extremely long. They now limit phone support and push everyone to emails. The customer service team often isn't very nice either. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? They were simply a payroll provider.

"Absolutely crap for actual employees"

What do you like best about Paycor? At least it shows my vacation time accurately. What do you dislike about Paycor? HOW CAN YOU HAVE A PUNCH CARD WITHOUT AN IN AND OUT BUTTON. Oh my god. No one on my team likes this app. We are constantly unsure if we are punched in or out. It takes something like a day to pop up whether I did it right and by then half the time I've been punched 'in' overnight for no reason. What do you like best about Paycor? I like the ease of employees able to see their timesheets and paychecks at home. What do you dislike about Paycor? Archived time sheet are not printer friendly or able to be edited. Recommendations to others considering Paycor: I would recommend you look at other options. I also recommend that you are clear on everything that you are getting so that there are not any surprises when you are all in. Check all the extra fees. What problems is Paycor solving ...

"Very user friendly"

What do you like best about Paycor? I like how intuitive this product is. It is possibly the most user friendly HRIS system I have ever used. What do you dislike about Paycor? Paycor is severely lacking in their reporting capabilities.
