"Terrible product"

What do you like best about Paycor? The color of their logo is orange and bright. What do you dislike about Paycor? Customer service is terrible. We were promised a "team" of dedicated people who understood our needs and our set up, but, that did not materialize. We call customer service, we get someone different every time, and they solve one problem only to create another. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? They are not solving any problems. They are only ...

"Cant process anything correctly"

What do you like best about Paycor? Nothing.OT has been calculating incorrect for 3 months and they still can't get it right! They litterally are incapable of processing payroll correctly. Its their only job and they fail! What do you dislike about Paycor? Their customer service is hit or miss, mostly miss. Its Aug and we have not run one payroll this year where there has not been a problem. From taxes taken from employees who shouldn't have to no taxes from employees who should. What ...

"Simple payroll with no support that will cost you"

What do you like best about Paycor? Not expensive, works fine unless you have a question or anything outside the routine What do you dislike about Paycor? Whenever I have a complicated payroll issue (3 party sick pay, change in local taxes, adding a new state etc.), I get misinformation and incorrect information about 1/2 the time from their support team. When I follow their instructions or ask them to do it, it often results in extra fees. They admitted in an email that they had given ...

"Worst service imaginable"

What do you like best about Paycor? Absolutely NOTHING. Beyond disappointing from all aspects. What do you dislike about Paycor? All the crucial points discussed in the sales meeting that I was told Paycor could do, they cannot. I may have got a rep that was very poorly trained or they just tell you what you want to hear before you sign a contract. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Unfortunately they are only creating problems for me.

"Worst Customer Service and Support I've Ever Experienced"

What do you like best about Paycor? Payroll processing is relatively simple. Ability to see all employees across all client IDs/entities at the corp level What do you dislike about Paycor? Support is abysmal. Tickets remain open for several weeks or longer. The client has to drive tickets to completion. Support transfers you back and forth between departments because their knowledge is only in one aspect of the program. It is nearly impossible to see the status of an open ticket without ...

Implementation was a nightmare and took 3-4x as long as what was estimated. Website lag time, broken links, double billing, inefficient navigation What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? none

"Worst support experience in over 20 years in HR. Keep shopping."

What do you like best about Paycor? The platform has promising features, however, the complete lack of adequate support makes it difficult to use them. The failure to resolve issues or respond at all has disrupted our business on multiple occassions. What do you dislike about Paycor? The customer support is the worst I have ever worked with, and I've been a Comcast customer. Support reps ignore tickets for weeks on end, make promises to provide updates or circle back and simply don't, ever. ...

"Agree with all comments about quality of customer service."

What do you like best about Paycor? Not much. The things we liked were overshadowed by the frustration when assistance was needed, and none could be found. It's non-existent. When we were active clients, getting to the right person (every time someone was different) to get any questions answered was difficult. We are former clients, and I still need to update the information. Absolutely, no one to talk to. What do you dislike about Paycor? No support. When you call, you get a runaround. Get ...

"Great sales pitch, bad serivce"

What do you like best about Paycor? The team that worked on our conversion of payroll information was awesome. We came from a DOS system (don't laugh!!), and it was very time-consuming. They did it right. What do you dislike about Paycor? Once the conversion team was done, we were on our own and trying to get answers to our questions or any kind of reporting was like pulling teeth. Low or no response, telling to look in the help section (which we did and the answers were not there), getting ...
