"Straightforward, Good Customer Support"

What do you like best about Paycor? Ximble is a shift scheduling platform. I like its ease of use and generally clear layout. I particularly like its feature of being able to post available shifts when people call out of theirs, and the ability for Independent Contractors such as myself to adjust their availability on a daily or weekly basis. "It's So Easy!"

What do you like best about Paycor? I had the unique pleasure of implementing two different systems at one time for two different clients. I implemented Paycom and Paycor. Paycor far out paces Paycom on all aspects of onboarding, HR and payroll. It is so easy to use and the implementation was a breeze. I will be recommending this product to future clients and will be moving the Paycom client over mid-next year as they are already extremely displeased with the product. What do you dislike ...

"Intuitive and easy to use!"

What do you like best about Paycor? Didn't need any instructions. The UI is simple and intuitive. Managing OKR's has gotten much easier using 7Geese. Visual indicators make it easy to see if your on track or not. You can update regularly within seconds and gives your entire leadership team visibility into how each team is doing. What do you dislike about Paycor? Nothing comes to mind. I have yet to find something that is worth posting in a negative fashion. What problems is Paycor solving ...
