There are many features we feel are great with Newton but the best is the fact that the system was built by recruiters, so they understand the needs and workflows required to streamline the recruitment process. The only thing that I dislike about the system is Newton does not post to Ohio means jobs What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? No problems the system is easy to use .

What do you like best about Paycor? Ease of navigation once I got used to it. What do you dislike about Paycor? More standard templates, but I will adjust. Recommendations to others considering Paycor: More initial training on offer letters. This was my fault since I cancelled the 2 I was scheduled. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Onboarding directly into Paycor allows us free time for manually adding in.

The ability to post internally and to multiple sites and mange the applicants from one location has been tremendous; I'd like to say we've finally traveled to the present and gone social! What do you dislike about Paycor? The fact that a role has to be closed manually versus having it auto close or marked as filled after an offer is made.
