What do you like best about Paycor? It's super intuitive and has everything I need to regarding HR documentation and benefits What do you dislike about Paycor? I wish it were easier to control the tabs and set up pages. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to communicate with employees and provide them with answers to most of their HR needs.

What do you like best about Paycor? The UI lays everything out in a really nice way. It shows at a glance where candidates are throughout the process. Probably one of the best things about it. What do you dislike about Paycor? Some features aren't there. It's not a new age super innovative tool. I would explore this as an option but not the best on the market. What do you like best about Paycor? Love the intuitive interface - for both recruiters and hiring managers. Other ATS companies always claim they've designed their system from the recruiter's perspective, but Newton is the only one I've seen that actually does. Their dashboard is amazing and I also love their scheduling tool. Support is always fast to respond, however there are hardly ever any issues, so rarely need to contact them.
