What do you like best about Paycor? I love the fact that I can reach out and receive an e-mail back within 24 hours What do you dislike about Paycor? I wish the time and attendance system was designed a little differently, employees have a hard time understanding their benefits. I wish it looked more like our screen we see in perform for Administrator. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Onboarding has been a huge help to get new employees squared away.

There is always a live person to answer my questions when I call customer support. What do you dislike about Paycor? For a smaller or medium sized business, Paycor provides all of the support that is needed. For a larger business, the system may be somewhat limited. What do you like best about Paycor? It's nice to have the ease of use and the flexibility. What do you dislike about Paycor? I wished I was able to attend a training seminar or had someone come here to help me. I don't like the online training sessions. Recommendations to others considering Paycor: Cone to our business and help us with training. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to handle Payroll with ease. Some confusion with the deductions side on time.

Payroll, Time and attendance- SPV for employees and tracking in and out time of hourly/Salary non-exempt employees

Sometimes we get different answers to our issues depending on who we talk to in support. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? We no longer have to be payroll experts like when we did payroll in-house. The benefit is higher confidence that we are doing things properly.
