Helpful support team

PROS: The software is so simple and easy to use and customize according to what our team needs. If we do have concerns, the customer service team is always on hand to help us resolve it. CONS: It would be great if all information linked to our employees' status changes also get updated automatically.

Giving Paycor some love

PROS: Paycor allows us to use one platform for our four NGOs' staff needs including employee information, timekeeping, payroll, reporting, and ACA filing. CONS: A tool that enables employees to interact with each other would be pretty awesome.

User-friendly system, quick support response

PROS: The information we would input is automatically saved, and customer service agents are friendly and don't make us wait. CONS: Nothing so far. The system is easy to get used to.

Paycor has a great reporting system

PROS: Paycor enables me to produce reports that are customized and filtered according to what I need for work, including employee details that are necessary for individual viewing. CONS: Future request: being able to customize the time-off page so employees can see what then need, from the number of leaves they'll take to the number they have left.

Helpful payroll and timekeeping tool

PROS: Paycor's support team have been so helpful. Since we've started working with them, we've seamlessly opened more business because they've quick to respond and give updates about their user-friendly software. CONS: We could use more set-up options for our subsidiaries.

What do you like best about Paycor? Being able to pick through multiple teachings depending on what you’re looking to learn at the time! What do you dislike about Paycor? A lot of things can be very misleading with questioning in certain learnings. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Paycor? Paycor is very user-friendly and efficient, from a manager’s standpoint. You are able to see exact times when employees punch in and out, but it also rounds times to the nearest quarter hour so you’re not trying to dissect minutes. What do you dislike about Paycor?
