What do you like best about Paycor? There aren't many aspects that I don't like. I love the Scheduler that integrates with Outlook and schedules scorecards after interviews. I love how customizations work for scorecards, emails and everything else. I can cater things exactly to my organization or to the position/candidate. The auto fill tokens are great. What do you like best about Paycor? Communication between HR/Hiring Managers and candidates is outstanding. The ability to create templates saves so much time. What do you dislike about Paycor? The inability to text candidates via Newton. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Hiring managers are more engaged in the recruiting process and, therefore, more engaged in the success of new hires, lowering turnover in the first 3 months on the job.

What do you like best about Paycor? The system is affordable, it has all the functionality of an ATS, they provide excellent customer support, overall it is a very good ATS. I am a very satisfied customer. What do you dislike about Paycor? It would be nice to hover over the buttons and get a quick description of what it does. What do you like best about Paycor? Newton is a great tool for recruiting and I love that it integrates with Paycor, who is our payroll provider. What do you dislike about Paycor? "It is an easy to use system with lots of options."

What do you like best about Paycor? Being able to easily navigate from one section to another and back when you need to quickly find information. It s nice to see when an employee has been fired or whatever, and then quickly jump back to the task I was doing. What do you dislike about Paycor?
