"Lots of tools and very easy to use"

What do you like best about Paycor? I like the simple setup. Everything is well laid out and usually just a click away. What do you dislike about Paycor? Sometimes it can take quite a while to load certain pages either due to the number of candidates that have to be loaded or many people on at once i would assume., Recommendations to others considering Paycor: Solid and easy to use. What do you like best about Paycor? Very easy to use and find exactly what you’re looking for. User interface is very clean and easy to navigate. You can find exactly what you're looking for relatively quickly. It's nice to have all things HR all in one spot. SSO is also a nice added bonus. What do you dislike about Paycor? No dislikes. "Newton provides a service at the most basic level."

What do you like best about Paycor? I love their customer service. Their response time is quick and they are knowledgeable. What do you dislike about Paycor? There are many functions that you may feel that Newton would be able to do, such as set up reminders, provide a drop down list of your company's job titles, or store job descriptions. What do you like best about Paycor? It is very inexpensive system to use compared to some of the other products. What do you dislike about Paycor? What do you like best about Paycor? It's easy to view my paystub online. I can also adjust my W2. What do you dislike about Paycor? It's not as robust as other systems, and their CS don't all seem to be aligned. What do you like best about Paycor? Online payroll ability and ablility to add to payrun if needed. What do you dislike about Paycor? How some things in payroll don't go over to the time and attendance side. It tends to take a lot of time and little details that can cause big issues if forgotten. "Excellent Customer Service"

What do you like best about Paycor? The ease of use and follow-up with Newton is excellent. What do you dislike about Paycor? The software doesn't have all the bells and whistles as the more expensive systems. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy applicant posting and tracking.

"User Friendly Scheduling System, lacks some finesse "

What do you like best about Paycor? I enjoyed how easy it was to use and to build templates. When we had a team of 65+ the template and auto-fill tools saved us so much time. What do you dislike about Paycor? I wish while using the program (It been 1.5 years since I moved positions,) that we were able to mass edit availability amongst the users of the program, vs having to edit each one individually as an admin. What do you like best about Paycor? Easy to use! Logical sequencing of tasks and progression of applicants. Great analytics! What do you dislike about Paycor? The EEO report does not include the Census codes. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Newton tracks all applicant data and is accessible to hiring managers and appropriate team members. It is an easy to use applicant and communication tool.
