"User Friendly and very helpful"

What do you like best about Paycor? I like how user friendly Newton is. My favorite feature is the follow up one. I like being able to set tasks for myself so that I don't lose track on candidates. What do you dislike about Paycor? I dislike that is doesn't have an onboarding system. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Not losing candidates or multiple recruiters reaching out to one candidate.

What do you like best about Paycor? I love the way candidate flow is structured. It is simple and intuitive, making it easy to follow. What do you dislike about Paycor? I am logged out on a pretty constant basis, despite working on a page. It also does not tell me if I am logged out, so I have to refresh a page to find out. I have had issues sharing scorecards with hiring managers on a very consistent basis, with no improvement since before the beginning of 2018. Recommendations to others ...

"Overall great ATS - still some growing pains"

What do you like best about Paycor? This software is very user friendly and easily tracks candidates through the hiring process. The ability for hiring managers to respond to an email, rather than log-in to the system, to give feedback is great and a big time saver for our busy managers. What do you dislike about Paycor? What do you like best about Paycor? Clear and organized dashboard, works well with having many hiring managers. What do you dislike about Paycor? Too cumbersome to move candidates between positions, no images in emails, could use more types of back burners to better differentiate why we are holding off on a candidate, can't reject a general candidate without assigning them to a job, no texting capability. What do you like best about Paycor? It is very user-friendly, and the support team is very responsive. Something else I appreciate about Newton, is they take customer feedback and suggestions seriously, and do there best to communicate features that are up and coming. What do you dislike about Paycor? What do you like best about Paycor? I love that changes can be made easily. It is fairly user friendly with not much of a learning curve. What do you dislike about Paycor? What do you like best about Paycor? I like the ease of navigation when moving candidates between different stages. What do you dislike about Paycor? I seem to have issues with the speed of the website. It takes me sometimes a full 5 minutes to review one application because it takes that long to navigate through different pages. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? We are finding more and more every day we can use with Newton, new benefits daily.

What do you like best about Paycor? I love that fact that I can easily access all of my paychecks. What do you dislike about Paycor? I think that Paycor's UI/UX is a little outdated and could be freshened op a bit. Recommendations to others considering Paycor: Very simple tool to use and great for HR. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Has served as a place to house all of our HR materials and activities.

What do you like best about Paycor? It is easy to use with a desktop or laptop interface. What do you dislike about Paycor? The mobile log in often triggers authentication and sometimes doesn’t fully load and needs refreshed- requiring a new authentication code be entered. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? It’s ease of use and multiple capabilities streamlined vacation and sick time use, distribution of W2s, seeing past pay stubs and checking time cards.
