"Simplicity for new users, but still robust for power users."

What do you like best about Paycor? The simplicity of the hiring process, the Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down process allows even our newbie users to move a candidate through Newton to get them hired. Being able to schedule multiple interviews with individuals or teams through the calendar system is very easy, and the scorecards allow us to see where everyone stands on each candidate. What do you like best about Paycor? The simplicity to use and their customized reports What do you dislike about Paycor? At times Paycor representatives are not quickly available. Recommendations to others considering Paycor: I would recommend Paycor to other companies. It is easy to use and you can customize reports or use their statndard forms when in need of information. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? We use Paycor for our HR and Payroll processing.

What do you like best about Paycor? The interface is extremely easy to use and you can complete the full cycle recruitment process within the ATS. What do you dislike about Paycor? I wish Newton ATS had the ability to generate a company offer letter from within the system. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to allow hiring managers who work in our remote locations access to their job postings to review applicants.

What do you like best about Paycor? User Friendly. Easy to click on items and get to where I need to go. What do you dislike about Paycor? I don't like having to verify who I am every time I want to log in. I keep getting a message that sends a verification code that I have to enter. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Makes it easy to process payroll. I feel confident the benefits are being managed the right way.

What do you like best about Paycor? easy to update documents and work place locations. PayCor automatically updates the correct tax forms for the other states. What do you dislike about Paycor? not able to make easy/quick adjustments to forms that are not working correctly What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? added PayCor to be able to send out on-boarding documents only

What do you like best about Paycor? Paycor is very user friendly but also has various useful segments. I like the neat set up and the fact that we do not have to search to find what we need. Everything is straight forward and visible on generally the first screen. What do you dislike about Paycor? It would be ideal to be able to see your pay stub in advance, opposed to the day of! What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy to track employee clock in/out times.

What do you like best about Paycor? How easy you are to work with. Rarely are we told "no" to something that we may need. I love that when you google jobs our jobs are on the top of a local search and on multiple platforms. What do you dislike about Paycor? When looking at the landing page for our website it does not match what our page looks like. A bit frustrating that it would not work completely with our website company. But you did a great job making it work! Recommendations to others ...

What do you like best about Paycor? I loved newton, I used at my previous job and would always recommend to anyone finding a new ATS to utilize Newton. What do you dislike about Paycor? I only disliked how many people had access to decline candidates when they shouldn’t be. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? We were hiring top notch candidates and trying to market to all possible sites.

What do you like best about Paycor? They seem to cover almost all the necessary functions and the system is easily customized for our particular usage in the cleared recruiting space. What do you dislike about Paycor? Some of the pop ups are annoying and I end up with more than one window open in order to move through the system more easily. "Great application for a small recruiting team!"

What do you like best about Paycor? Newton has a lot of features for a small recruiting team to use. All of these are fairly self explanatory. But may fav feature is probably the approval process and their ability to approve via mobile! What do you dislike about Paycor? Hard to say - but one I have to indicate the name of the recruiter twice on one posting. I wish it populated it both fields at one time.
