The system is fantastic as long as you don't have to call in to talk to someone What do you dislike about Paycor? What do you like best about Paycor? Paycor is very user friendly, easy to use, and easy to access information and reports. What do you dislike about Paycor? The only difficult navigation on the Paycor Perform platform are the custom reports in which sometimes the formulas are difficult to understand and you end up with the wrong information. "Really nice intergrations"

What do you like best about Paycor? Document sharing, course/certification tracking and managing an employee all in one platform are great nice upgrades. What do you dislike about Paycor? Some categories went backwards. We lost the ability to customize an established role. Managers can no longer click on their performance review task and attach documents. "Lack of information cross over"

What do you like best about Paycor? I do like the manage employee module. It give a way to house all information for that employee in one place. What do you dislike about Paycor? The fact that Manage Employee and Time and Attendance do not read over to one another. I have to enter information in multiple places in order for the reporting features to fully work. It is double entry and leads the way to errors. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? N/A

What do you like best about Paycor? It makes doing biweekly payroll easy and quick with no errors. What do you dislike about Paycor? It is not compatible with all levels of ie. Sometimes have issues with time off accrual. "Intuitive and Easy to Use!"

What do you like best about Paycor? The Perform platform is very intuitive and easy to use. Processing payroll is so simple now! I also love that there are great standard reports and creating my own custom reports to see anything I want is super easy! What do you dislike about Paycor? They switched not too long ago to a group email that you use when you have questions. It's rare that I need assistance, but the response time when I had a dedicated account manager was quicker than it is ...
