What do you like best about Paycor? My favorite part about the software was the surveys it offered, the pulse surveys to be specific. These surveys allowed me to see the issues I was maybe overlooking in my organization by allowing my employees to take part in these surveys and fill me in on the areas that were being overlooked. "Reporting Could Use a Major Work"

What do you like best about Paycor? 1) Payroll processing is VERY easy for those of us who only have to process in the event of an emergency. 2) I also like that EEs can view some ancillary benefits info on the app. 3) I like the design on the home page and the scrolling communications banner. "Great for visually tracking progress, but stumbles on follow ups"

What do you like best about Paycor? Nice visual layout for tracking percentage completion of goals on page launch What do you dislike about Paycor? Not as easy to track follow ups with mentors or direct reports (this has to be manually done) What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Growing employee's within organization so they can create more value for us.

What do you like best about Paycor? I appricate the time saved. We use to use two programs. On to record import and one to pay time. What do you dislike about Paycor? I HAVE FOUND NOTHING I DISLIKE UP TO THIS POINT. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? TIME. My staff spend less time track employees and prepping payroll.
