What do you like best about Paycor? All the information is in one area you can use recruiting, benefits, and payroll it all flows together. It also holds all employee documents. What do you dislike about Paycor? Sometimes it is hard to speak someone on the phone and when you create a ticket it sometimes takes awhile for a response. What do you like best about Paycor? I LOVE the Applicant Trafking System. It has reduced time to hire and made it so easy to quickly check where we are with each position. Payroll is very easy as well. What do you dislike about Paycor? Customer service was a little slow at first. They have added chat support which has helped a lot. Anytime I have asked a question in Support Chat, it's rare that they can help me. Typically I get directed to call. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Have the ability to chat with different departments in paycor. I.e. Garnishments, Time and Attendance. etc.
