What do you like best about Paycor? Flexible, easy to use interface. Inputting goals, updating progress, and recognizing colleagues are pretty simple and useful features to use. Overall it's a pretty useful program to keep our organization targeted at goals and strategy. What do you dislike about Paycor? What do you like best about Paycor? The display is very nice. All of the visual assets are clean. It's nice to see how coworkers are accomplishing things when compared to myself. What do you like best about Paycor? I love the sexy formatting and the check-ins. Reminders to check in on my goals keep me informed on when I've been slacking on updating my goals. Giving feedback is cool too! What do you dislike about Paycor? Not much else to say about dislikes - maybe the email reminders are kind of annoying when you are really busy and don't have the time to check in every week. I'm sure you can turn down the frequency, but maybe a 'snooze' feature would be cool if you ...

As we are a small to medium size firm some of the products and services which they offer are more designed for a larger business model than my company. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Making certain that items such as our company handbook is up to date with current requirements.
