"7 Geese is a very good performance management platform that we use to set and track our goals."

What do you like best about Paycor? I like the simplicity of the platform and that it shows your progress based on the work that you have completed. What do you dislike about Paycor? Some portions seem repetitive and I don't know what new to add in there. What do you like best about Paycor? The best part of 7Geese for my team is the recognition tool. It allows us to publicly recognize people for their contribution. What do you like best about Paycor? I find the software is good at tracking goals and OKRs. It's got a nice looking interface and feels full featured. I also like the praise elements. What do you like best about Paycor? I had not heard of 7Geese until I began working at my current job. It is a great web based interface that allows a smaller business or enterprise to deliver goal updates, feedback session recording (1x1s, etc.) and recognition to the entire company as a whole. "It's easy to categorize the personal objectives and get them completed in line with the departments'"

What do you like best about Paycor? I've always been a fan of the different progress pipeline formats (i.e. numerical, percentage, complete/incomplete), because it makes it easier to associate the correct pipelines with what the objective calls for.
