"Easy online paycheck website"

What do you like best about Paycor? Easy to access my pay stubs and can got a ways back if I need to look one up like a month ago. What do you dislike about Paycor? No dislikes at this point so far every thing is going smooth. Recommendations to others considering Paycor: Really easy to use. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Allows company to provide last stubs paperlessly.

"Good upgrade from previous software"

What do you like best about Paycor? Paycor has a very user-friendly dashboard when you first log on to their page. Very clear tabs and bookmarks to take you exactly where you need to go. What do you dislike about Paycor? Nothing at this time. Everything is pretty easily laid out and simple to find. Recommendations to others considering Paycor: Give it a go. What do you like best about Paycor? Everything you need is one one place, it's easy to communicate and stay organized with your team, and it makes the on-boarding process simple and efficient. "User Friendly"

What do you like best about Paycor? The best thing about Newton is that it truly is easy to use. Any hiring manager can easily see applicants and move them through the hiring process. What do you dislike about Paycor? Many Newton emails end up in candidates spam accounts which is hard when that’s your first means of communicating. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping track of candidates in the interview/hiring process.

"Nice but complicated"

What do you like best about Paycor? I love being able to see what my colleagues and other teams within our company are working on and their progress towards their goals. Being able to recognize my teammates so that their hard work is visible to others is also great. The UI is visually appealing. What do you dislike about Paycor? What do you like best about Paycor? When using Paycor, it is easy to access most HR-related items in one place. "It's So Easy!"

What do you like best about Paycor? I had the unique pleasure of implementing two different systems at one time for two different clients. I implemented Paycom and Paycor. Paycor far out paces Paycom on all aspects of onboarding, HR and payroll. It is so easy to use and the implementation was a breeze. I will be recommending this product to future clients and will be moving the Paycom client over mid-next year as they are already extremely displeased with the product. What do you dislike ...

"Good structure for recurring meetings"

What do you like best about Paycor? 7geese allows me to prepare for my one on one meetings better. We can set a structure for the meeting in advance, and run down each category. "Easy for Me, not for Everyone"

What do you like best about Paycor? I liked the hierarchical structure of goals and reports, and how the app shows the alignment of my personal goals all the way up to the Company's OKRs. As well, I enjoyed the 1:1 set up and formatting, it was easy to schedule them and receive notifications about them. What do you dislike about Paycor?
