"Love it, Glad the company made the switch in April 2022"

What do you like best about Paycor? Payroll is easy to run. Can run extra pay runs as employees term. What do you dislike about Paycor? Time sitting on the phone waiting for help. Paycore needs to hire more phone support What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? The Accrual Migration will be very helpful

"Paycor Is A Great Resource"

What do you like best about Paycor? I like that I do not have to know everything about payroll laws. Paycor does that for me and advises me along the way. I like the prerecorded and ongoing training that is available What do you dislike about Paycor? Have not found anything yet that I dislike. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Paycor is helping us to grow and provide more benefits for our employees.

"Paycor is very user friendly. Would highly recommend."

What do you like best about Paycor? Ease of use. Everything is very easy to find within the platform. What do you dislike about Paycor? Support Chat. Anytime I have asked a question in Support Chat, it's rare that they can help me. Typically I get directed to call. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Have the ability to chat with different departments in paycor. I.e. Garnishments, Time and Attendance. etc.

No service after onboarding

The onboarding team is dedicated and helpful. After onboarding there is no account manager, no point of contact. The customer service team does not seem knowledgeable (each CSR seems to provide a different solution), and follow up is almost non existent. The software is okay, but working through an issue is nearly impossible due to the lack of service.

This is the worst payroll provider I've…

This is the worst payroll provider I've dealt with in my career of over 30 years. I've been trying to change some services for two months, but have gotten nowhere despite multiple, lengthy phone calls and emails. I continue to be charged for services I've cancelled. I'm stuck in the short-term because if I block Paycor from ACH access to our bank account, it means I can't pay our employees either. Helpful support team

PROS: The software is so simple and easy to use and customize according to what our team needs. If we do have concerns, the customer service team is always on hand to help us resolve it. CONS: It would be great if all information linked to our employees' status changes also get updated automatically.

Giving Paycor some love

PROS: Paycor allows us to use one platform for our four NGOs' staff needs including employee information, timekeeping, payroll, reporting, and ACA filing. CONS: A tool that enables employees to interact with each other would be pretty awesome.
