This is a horrible program

This is a horrible program. It is slow and often deletes all input data for no apparent reason. It takes almost an hour just to log my hours for the month and then they are sometimes deleted. This program is truly awful. I have never used any site that functions this poorly and I remember dial-up.

"Customer Service has fallen off"

What do you like best about Paycor? Paycor is easy to use and a good product for small companies. What do you dislike about Paycor? The customer service is lacking. They've fallen off big time from where they were just a few years ago. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? If you're 500 employees and below with operations in only one country Paycor can do the trick.

"Good system, but can be hard to navigate/customize"

What do you like best about Paycor? System is fairly easy to do the most basic of things you need - changes to employees, profiles, timecards, etc. It's easy to navigate the basic menus and functions. Payroll is easy to run, time is easy to input. I like the extent of reports available (when they work). The onboarding of new employees is so simple and seamless and it's super easy to change user status and make updates to employees positions, time, pay, etc. What do you dislike about ...

They are absolutely awful

They are absolutely awful. Once you become a customer, you will never be able to talk to a rep again. I am 10 days away from my legal obligation to deliver W2's to my employees and I can't get an answer that they are working on them. Worst experience in customer care with any company ever and they had the nerve to up our rate 3 times in 2022. These were big rate hikes too. I am shocked they are still in business.

"Paycor is friendly to use for all functions"

What do you like best about Paycor? All the information is in one area you can use recruiting, benefits, and payroll it all flows together. It also holds all employee documents. What do you dislike about Paycor? Sometimes it is hard to speak someone on the phone and when you create a ticket it sometimes takes awhile for a response. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Efficiency we can hire and get things completed in a efficient manner

Customer service is nonexistent

Customer service is nonexistent. Unable to reach by phone. Received W2, which showed no fed taxes being paid. We have had numerous issues with no customer support. We will be looking for another payroll service.

Bring your customer service back

I worked with Paycor at my previous employer and LOVED it. Then Covid happened and all hell broke lose and their customer service never recovered. They are still working from home, which is why I think it is SOOO bad. I put in support tickets, and NO ONE ever answers them. If I call, I can sometimes get help, but the knowledge is limited. I usually hear them typing in my question to someone else and waiting for the answer. Why can't I just talk to that person. Anyway - the ease of use is SO ...
