"Newton either meets our ATS needs immediately or adapts to them based upon customer feedback."

What do you like best about Paycor? Easy to use! Logical sequencing of tasks and progression of applicants. Great analytics! What do you dislike about Paycor? The EEO report does not include the Census codes. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Newton tracks all applicant data and is accessible to hiring managers and appropriate team members. It is an easy to use applicant and communication tool.

"Newton ATS Review"

What do you like best about Paycor? There aren't many aspects that I don't like. I love the Scheduler that integrates with Outlook and schedules scorecards after interviews. I love how customizations work for scorecards, emails and everything else. I can cater things exactly to my organization or to the position/candidate. The auto fill tokens are great. I have loved the reports and analytics and have recently presented to management and gave them accurate data. The best in the industry to ...

"Great resource!"

What do you like best about Paycor? Communication between HR/Hiring Managers and candidates is outstanding. The ability to create templates saves so much time. What do you dislike about Paycor? The inability to text candidates via Newton. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Hiring managers are more engaged in the recruiting process and, therefore, more engaged in the success of new hires, lowering turnover in the first 3 months on the job.

"Paycor review "

What do you like best about Paycor? The team at Paycor is always friendly and helpful. I'm usually able to get an answer to my questions within a few short minutes. What do you dislike about Paycor? It would be better if all their software was seamlessly integrated. They've taken a huge step forward with Perfom. Recommendations to others considering Paycor: Speak with a company currently using Paycor. I'm confident they'll only have positive things to say. What problems is Paycor solving ...

"Paycor specialists are accessible, knowledgeable, and eager to help and solve problems."

What do you like best about Paycor? The fact that Paycor is totally reliable for handling all aspects of the Payroll process relieves the stress of paying employees, as well as, the handling/filing of all quarterly returns. What do you dislike about Paycor? Actually I cannot think of any dislikes. It was an inconvenience once when the Paycor system went down and I had to process payroll. I guess I dislike the changes to the system making maneuvering through the Paycor site difficult to ...

"Always there when I need help"

What do you like best about Paycor? They're very helpful and respond very promptly over the phone. I've always been able to count on them when I have any questions. What do you dislike about Paycor? Since they changed their response system (now you have a support team instead of your usual rep.) e-mail responses are a bit slower. I used to get a phone call from my rep usually within 1 hour from the time I sent him the e-mail, now it can take up to 24hrs. What problems is Paycor solving and ...

"Easy Payroll experience"

What do you like best about Paycor? Entering payroll is easy. Entering employees is easy. Updating direct deposit and addresses is super simple. What do you dislike about Paycor? Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Email is a better option than phone, but is still slow and cumbersome. No dedicated account reps. Changing tax info or adding new tax codes is a chore. Recommendations to others considering Paycor: If you need a flexible, simple, reliable payroll solution without a lot ...
