Improved invoice process, huge reduction in the use of paper, and a great Support team.

What do you like best? We are able to keep track of every invoice in the process and know exactly what step in the process they are at (before being submitted to GP). PaperSave is a powerful and flexible ECM Software that also has a helpful support team.

What do you like best? From a support standpoint, I like how it integrates with Windows for a nearly seamless workflow. What do you like best? PaperSave has saved the day, during the Stay-at-Home order. Having a robotic AP system surely became useful where vendors emailed invoices, and PaperSave brought them into their WorkFlow, read the information on the invoice, clerk assigned who was to approve, and done! What do you like best? The ease of which invoices are processed. What do you dislike? The technical side is very complicated. Engineers don't seem to be confident when something goes wrong.
