Great tool, highly recommend it
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? With Outreach I can do the work 10times more than I normally could. I can drop sales leads into the sequences and to send emails automatically. I like the integration with the Salesforce and the ability to keep track of the previous contact info with my leads within the SF. I can manage and create tasks. This is one of the best tools I have ever used in my career
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I have used Outreach in 2 different sales organizations, and I can’t imagine my work without this tool. The implementation is easy and you can quickly sync email and Salesforce accounts. Also, you can easily bulk upload contacts, create email templates, A/B test and structure the templates into sequences. One of the best outreach tool
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Outreach is one of the best tool out there, before using this tool I have tried other solutions but none of them were as good as Outreach. Its CRM, campaigns, replay detection and template handling are the number one in the market today. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Marketing and cold-emailing is simple with Outreach, the email drip campaign incorporates the call tasks and it is great for maintaining an effective and efficient workflow. Outreach offers great set of tools that makes your e-mail to look pretty and professionally, it has great integration with call and e-mail solutions and it makes the tool more than simple overview of the emails and open/reply rates. Sales made simple
What do you like best? Outreach takes the guess work out for you. If you want to know if someone opens your email, clicks a link you've embedded -- outreach can handle it. Now I can really know if someone is ghosting me or not! What do you dislike? An important tool for marketing
What do you like best? I love the simplicity of integration with SalesForce, and the fact that I can easily and quickly program and perform tasks related to email and phone calls. I am also a great supporter of Linkedin integration because once I have registered with SalesForce, I can easily send login requests and maybe even communications and help save them to my contact list, whether the integration is not perfect or not. Outreach allows sales teams to scale their efforts in ways other just don't!
What do you like best? Outreach is extremely flexible in its ability to provide personalized outreach at scale. I have used another platform Salesloft that was very rigid and difficult to adapt on the fly.
