Great at what it does but not perfect.

As said on the title, it does a good job at transcripting and summarizing meetings, but a word of caution before using this service. The transcript may also include quips from another person attributed to another person because the quip was made while a person was still speaking, and the AI combines the two as if the same person said it. Resourceful for BUSY Meetings

It is useful to get a summary of the content of the agenda and the software captures the main points made by each speaker, and transcribes what each person says while also recording the materials that were used in the meeting. I'd recommend it to anyone who needs extra support with notetaking if you are a facilitator of meetings.

Happy - I am very happy for subscribing

It is, indeed, a great tool. It saves time, it helps organize ideas, prioritise tasks, prepare emails and, overall, make one's day much more productive, when trying to survive multiple meetings, decisions and even languages. The new AI tool works wonderfully. I consider it money very well spent/invested.

I absolutely recommend

I find the note-taking tool to be very useful. The meeting scheduling (using my Google calendar), summarizing, listing key points and how easy it is to share meeting notes with others is top-notch. I can fully focus during meetings because I can always return to Otter to get key points from my meetings. And yes, this review was provided as part of a promotion from Otter. Easy to use

Easy to use, very intuitive. I have been using Otter for two years now. Even on the free plan you get to utilize a lot of its amazing features. Recording to transcription, summaries and Google Calendar integration. If able - I would definitely encourage other businesses and workplaces to adopt for utilizing for meetings that require minute taking.

Incredibly awesome

The site was recommended to me by a friend and I decided to give it a trial, I opened the site, created an account with my Gmail and synced with my google calendar. I missed a meeting that I registered for already because I was involved in another business entirely at the time the meeting was going on, to my greatest surprise I got a mail and I got the minutes of the meeting and a record of the meeting. I love Otter A.I tool

I love the Otter A.I. tool! This has helped me phenomenally with classes and course work. As being someone with a unilateral hearing loss as well as ADHD I am able to take and highlight important notes in class. I used it to complete an interview assignment I had. I also use it when gaining feedback from tutors. The transcript part works pretty well although it does not always transcribe the correct word, some of that is understandable since abbreviations and specific slang is used. ...
