Oracle Enterprise Manager 13c is cool.

What do you like best? Ease of use, easy to setup and broad range of targets it support. What do you dislike? Upgrading is bit messy, also metric supports to Solaris is not that good compared to Linux. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are monitoring our MCA databases with OEM 13c.

What do you like best? The stem is set up to be beneficial to small businesses or large corporate management What do you dislike? There isn't much to dislike about the applications. It's been very helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communication across the board as far as project management and cloud capabilities has been fantastic.

What do you like best? Huge number of available features once you get to know the layout What do you dislike? Some features can be difficult to find at first. Recommendations to others considering the product: Cloud Control is the newest iteration of this product designed for 12C databases. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Improved database performance, better visibility into database load and problems.

What do you like best? The system feeds well with our payroll system since we currently use different systems. What do you dislike? We have had some reporting issues to where our automatic reports do not come through or are inaccurate.
