Manage all Oracle env from one tool

What do you like best? One stop shop. It helps keep things in one place and manage all. It gives a good overview dashboard of all oracle envs. What do you dislike? I wish to see some level of compatibility with other vendor tools in a complex heterogeneous env. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A business dashboard to view and monitor all oracle services.

Ticket monitoring for Office Depot

What do you like best? I could see tickets from other stores on this system. tickets would remain active until closed. Easy to use to collaborate with 3rd party. What do you dislike? sometimes we would have to call in a site admin to force closure on tickets. when updating tickets, we had to update them using a drop down tab, if anything were to change, it would not allow for us to update it to closure. the occasional need for an admin to override everything was annoying ...

What do you like best? Makes it much easier to administer, manage, and monitor Oracle database on an ODA. What do you dislike? Not very easy to setup. I wish it could do more like another tool for it to replicate the vms from the ODA to another ODA. Recommendations to others considering the product: Works good once it is configured properly. ASR is a pain. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Running JD Edwards on an Oracle ODA.

Great tool to visualize and monitor DB performance and issues

What do you like best? The performance monitoring tools can greatly help to identify the performance issue and the sql related to it What do you dislike? The UI response time is somewhat slow which is quite annoying. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our business is ocean freight logistics that involves complex data structure and querying. DB performance is essential to us.

Jira- track the work at one go

What do you like best? An all in one place that includes all the activity related to the project/task, easy to use. What do you dislike? GUI can be little more efficient, other than that nothing to dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Issues, tickets, project management, incident management.
