What do you like best? Grid control provides a single dashboard for the entire data center What do you dislike? Monitoring and Alerting mechanism is not that easy to set up and manage What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Diagnostic and Tunic pack is being used regularly. Also we use the RAC record and play feature too

Oracle Enterprise Manager, a way to manage your hard&soft stuff.

What do you like best? The thing that I love about Oracle Enterprise Manager is that you get a real complete dashboard where you can manage all your Oracle stuff, in a simple way. In the bussiness I worked a year ago, we had some cloud services attached to Oracle Enterprise Manager. It's a good way to go. Usabilidad Órale enterprise

What do you like best? Con una simple vista se puede ver la situacion general del estado de la base de datos. What do you dislike? Hay funciones que para ser activadas tienen que ser contratadas. Deberían venir ya integradas como el de procesos que bloquean la base de datos. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Me ha ayudado a resolver problemas de rendimiento.

Great port to manage the server

What do you like best? Enterprise management portal is a great portal to manage the server and customize the options like memory cache, perm size. Etc . It is a great tool to administer and delegate acess to people. I love this tool What do you dislike? I one i dont like is the user interface . What do you like best? Intuitive, User-Friendly, Versatile application. What do you dislike? Steep learning curve for end users, buggy roll-outs to end users as well. Fun tool for DB Management

What do you like best? Administrative tasks have been made easy, simple server implementation. Helps us with our database and middleware management. Easy to install (solid documentation), also was impressed with the operating system Solaris 11. What do you dislike? Not able to run UI thru multiple browser clients.
