Overhauled out 30+ years old awards program!

What do you like best? The ease of set up - we are a nonprofit so the amount of technical expertise is limited. However we were able to set up the program and administer it easily. We also love the instant support - the chat function is really humans interacting with you and even giving you moral support when you feel stuck. What do you like best? I'm still learning all the nuances of the Openwater site that we use, but as I continue to learn I find new and better ways to operate the system. What do you dislike? The one thing I would REALLY like to be able to do is to refine the Bulk Assignments so that when nearing the end of a judging session, it would be possible to assign only submissions with fewer than 5 reviews to all the judging committee members. Managed 20+ awards systems in OpenWater, loved it

What do you like best? I loved how easy it was to copy repeating programs from year to year and simply update necessary settings. The reporting features were nice and helpful. I also liked the adaptability of the tool to use it for things other than awards submissions. What do you dislike? What do you like best? the ability to send out mass mail to participants based on triggers within the platform. What do you dislike? The user interface isn't particularly intuitive. The platform could be more user friendly from the administrative prospective. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I've been using OpenWater since the beginning of the Year, my company has been using about a year. I also became a Master User in order to facilitate grant applications for four different programs.
