What do you like best about OpenText Documentum? We tried this out to sort all the documentation. Overall a great CMS system to sort our messy files on google docs. It is hard to find a good product these days. A lot of features... more than we needed for our workflows. We really needed a central hub for securely storing content and organize biz processes and flows.

What do you like best about OpenText Documentum? The best thing about it is that it is a single-stop shop for managing your content. If properly managed, a user can use it for well-defined lifecycle management of the documents and content.

What do you like best about OpenText Documentum? Documentum is great for easily uploading files into a single storage file. There are so many tags you can put on each file so that they are easy to find later. You can search and store by date, time, file name, student information, etc. The best part is being able to sort through information based on different tags. What do you like best about OpenText Documentum? I like that Documentum is password protected and the fact that it has built-in functions that allow the user to store commonly-used folders for easy access (via the 'My Favorites' button) as well as the internal Documentum search function.
