What do you like best about OpenAsset? We rely heavily on the OpenAsset image search function. It makes it so much easier to find specific photos we need to showcase our projects. What do you like best about OpenAsset? Keywords and albums are vital for the way we use the platform. We have a wide range of stakeholders in our organization quickly hopping in to access information quickly, and the multiple ways to present and organize files makes this much easier than our existing server or other cloud-based platforms. What do you like best about OpenAsset? Assets are easily organized, categorized and tagged. The search is simple and it's easy to drill down, exclude items, etc. What do you dislike about OpenAsset? Some of our users find the interface somewhat busy. What problems is OpenAsset solving and how is that benefiting you? We're able to search all of our images, pdfs, videos, etc. in one spot. You can also use the InDesign plug-in to easily include those assets in documents.

I don't like that you have to pay per user, even if it's just for them to upload photos, when you are also paying by storage amount. What problems is OpenAsset solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about OpenAsset? OpenAsset has integrations for InDesign, PowerPoint and Deltek Vantagepoint. This provides our firm with consistency in our products. We enter information on projects into Deltek and it is then linked to OpenAsset and from there disseminated to our website, data sheets in InDesign, and PowerPoint presentations so that all information has a single source of content.
