They also worked with us on pricing based on our needs to we are happy with what has been made available to us. Excellent customer service and a very good product.
What do you like best? I've been using Ontraport to run my business for about a year and a half. During this time we've grown in size and sophistication. And the Ontraport software has largely enabled that growth. More than anything, their customer service is fantastic. Best customer support PERIOD. Never a problem and always quick and to the point.
What do you like best? Any time I have a question it's answered quickly with a can do attitude by the friendly support staff. I am absolutely not a computer person but they walk me through the steps with the patience of a saint. I know the system can do 99% more of what I use it for What do you dislike? My favourite software.
What do you like best? This software is superb. It has transformed my business since putting it into place. I've still only scratched the surface of what's possible, not because it's hard to use but because it just does so much. What do you dislike? As a UK based business, it's not set up out of the box for multi-currency or VAT. The shopping cart has some limitations but I believe many of these are addressed in the new version (3.0) which I haven't tested yet. What problems ...

Best change I made in my business in the past 3 years!
What do you like best? I like having everything play nicely together. Meaning having my affiliate program, email marketing, product order forms, customer data, etc. all in one place is AMAZING. Almost effortless with stellar support
What do you like best? Within moments of signing up you are able to begin setting up your systems with little to no additional help beyond the training videos. If you do need support, their teams will walk you through every aspect including linking your websites and email systems, doing graphic-based emails and even sequencing autoresponders for the highest possible open rates.
