Programm is no more useful
this programm is an absolutely flop since it is no more possible to overwrite the photos of FB and google plus. You have no more control which of your photos will be shown.

I can never get in touch with anyone …
I can never get in touch with anyone that can help me. I cancelled this account back in May and find now I have been charged for it the past few months. I received an email back in May acknowledging my cancellation.

Being a "newbie" to trying to use …
Being a "newbie" to trying to use Onlywire, I ran into a problem. So I contacted support and was what I can only described as "brushed off" and my question was not answered. So to me, this product is useless and I regret buying it. There is no point in contacting what Onlywire calls "support" because an unskilled {in technology} person like me does not get the help I need.
