OnBoard was my company's first venture into the world of online meeting management. Great tool for our board meetings

Great tool for our board meetings. We use Onboard to store our board documents, create board books for meetings, and to get approvals for minutes and actions without meetings. It is very useful for this. It can be a little clunky if you try to use the other features (like annotations, etc), but for the basics it is perfect.
