What do you like best about OnBase? OnBase is an ECM tool containing all kinds of modules to automate the business processes and archive the documents in a structured way. This solution code less solution. Even without knowing the programming, anyone can easily learn and develop upon the organization's needs. Especially case management, workflow, and unity form are more potent. It definitely will fit any organization as this is the ultimate solution you can alter to suit any requirements.

Great solution for managing documents

PROS: Hyland is powerful and useful content management platform. When it comes to storage, manipulation and retrieval of data offers great solutions. You can easily integrate it with other processes and you can make it as important part of all those processes. Its support team is very responsive and helpful. They are easy to work with and respond in every situation. I highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in ECM solution.

OnBase is used by other departments

PROS: OnBase provides with great training tutorials, support and assistance. We use various modules and they are used by different departments. This platform is very helpful because we must keep documents available for public record requests. We use the Advanced Capture to get records into Onbase without indexing. We know that our records are secure, backed up and always available.

PROS: OnBase helps in making document management super convenient, such as for creating and storing sensitive files. It also has an electronic signature feature, in which each document receives receive unique e-signatures from beginning to end. Moreover, it makes structured and unstructured work operation seamless to follow. And it helps me save a lot of time from searching for specific documents since it lets me find needed items in no time.

The community gives everyone a voice and the ability to voice their opinions and drive new features/functionality. Hyland's yearly conference brings everyone together to learn about new features and products about the platform coming to market, training, testing and networking with others to see how you might have a new use case to bring back to your office.

What do you like best about OnBase? To my opinion, the best feature of OnBase is the ability to manage capture of documents, document creation and the electronic signature from start to finish throughout the product life cycle. In addition, I like the way the structured and unstructured workflow has been optimized. I must suffer a lot, as a worker, in the search for documents from a folder pool, but I may search for each document in the search bar with this special application.
