So many features to like

What do you like best? The ability for users to quickly and simply capture their own processes and be responsible for them. What do you dislike? The system sends notifications about process changes, even if those changes are only administrative ones. This means that sometimes the significant changes get obscured on users' dashboards. Recommendations to others considering the product: The key to success for any process management system is to have leadership support and ...

Promapp in Silver Fern Farms

What do you like best? The focus on the procedure - not the map What do you dislike? Sometime challenged with process conditions and the best way to represent those in Promapp Recommendations to others considering the product: Promapp is a fantastic tool for delivering a consistent experience for process consumption and ensures through its governance framework that process are managed, kept up to date and audited. Users love it - it's clean and clear to follow. There are ...

Implementation and four years' experience - still love it!

What do you like best? Promapp is so simple. We have trained over 200 staff members to use it, with no issues. It's regularly improved, but in ways that keep the core functions clean and concise. It's flexible, accessible, easily integrated, and just plain useful. What do you dislike? I'm not crazy about reviews, but let's be honest, they are necessary. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you're looking for easy, shareable, simple operational process capture, look no ...

Amazing process mapping software!

What do you like best? Ability to share processes, provide feedback, and communicate across the entire organization. What do you dislike? I'd like to have more depth when there are conditional processes (i.e. more then one activity involved. However there are workarounds to this. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are a large organization and it is difficult to communicate updates to processes within the company. Now I can simply link ...

Great way to record your processes

What do you like best? Very user friendly product that'll cover your back when staff are on leave/ changing roles/ new staff are coming on board. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike. You get a lot of notifications during start up but then it's easy. Recommendations to others considering the product: Get the Processes right from the start so there's less admin down the line. Train & Edit accurately off the bat & it'll be a breeze afterward. What problems are you solving with ...

Easy to use and update processes

What do you like best? It is so easy to write and update processes within Promapp - you can move activities around, automatic numbering, insert images, link processes, dashboard for current and outstanding processes What do you dislike? Nothing yet, need to make sure staff engagement is higher perhaps - this is obviously internal and not product related Recommendations to others considering the product: Have a look first obviously What problems are you solving with the product? What ...
