The ability to add attachments and links is also very useful. What do you dislike? Decision's are not flexible enough. Fantastic aid in Change Management

What do you like best? Ability to view process at a high level via map view and also to have detailed information at the click of a tab. This makes it very easy to identify gaps between existing processes and a proposed change. What do you dislike? Not entirely comfortable with the new star rating of processes but it is an improvement from the emoticons.
