"After switching from CW Automate, NinjaOne is a dream!"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? the simplicity of running custom powershell scripts on demand, scheduled, bundled as part of a policy, etc., are fantastic. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The good ol' buzzword "single pane of glass"! "NinjaOne - IT Team scalablity and performance at a great price"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaOne has allowed us to scale a very small IT team to cover an international user base with no increase in headcount. It gives us visibility into and control over our IT infrastructure that we never had before without needing a team just to manage the software/deployment. "So much functionality in an extremely user-friendly interface!"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? You can run powershell commands as the logged in user! Clickable dashboard and a consistant update schedule and a remarkable uptime. "Great Endpoint Device Manager"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Having a ticketing system built into the portal and linking the user's ticket with their computer is wonderful.
