What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? ease of remote access to end user devices What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? no easy way to put whole site into maintenence mode What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Having 1 place to manage it all without haveing to manage AV, Patches and RMM in different apps.

"I like it, but I still miss something."

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Easy to install, if you know how. Powerful monitoring off known devices. Fast in deploying software. Creat custom support. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Still missing applications to install or update. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Setting up standard devices per department and keeping them updated.

"Monitoring and Management Made Easier"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? An intuitive and user-friendly interface, making it accessible for both seasoned IT professionals and beginners. The dashboard is well-organized and doesn't need additional explanations. However, if needed Ninja also provides comprehensive support and documentation, especially beneficial are the one-on-one sessions with Ninja's engineers. "Great platform for RMM and Patch Management!"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I like the flexibility of the product and how simple it is to deploy and administer. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I'd like to see improvements in reporting capabilities. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Primarily the remote support capabilities that allow us to support 6 locations from a centralized team.

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The free form scripting mode. For anything third party not supported we can build out our own updates. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Third party patching library has a bunch of outdated apps no longer used. Overhaul that. "Amazing simple, and keeps RMM a RMM Only"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaOne is an amazing product, it truly keeps its focus on being an RMM and a great one at that. They have made so many advances in the last 3-4 years but not lost their focus on keeping the interface light, easy to navigate, and keeping the core functionality. Not quite as mnay integrations as CW, but hasn't been a big challenge for us. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Remote access and Management of client endpoints.

The interface is simple to navigate, the scripting and patching process works well and having backup and Teamviewer built in allows us to accomplish our needs without requiring multiple tools.
