"NinjaOne is Awesome"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I have been using NinjaOne for over a year now. The onboarding process to NinjaOne was seamless, it all happened in less than a day. It's simplified interface makes it easy for me to provide patch management and automated solutions to my clients. The intergration with Kaseya IT Glue make it seamless to import live data into my IT Glue instance. It's great how the two platforms communicate so well. My account manager has been great in ...

"Great, it helps our small IT team a LOT"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Patching, I like how easy it is to automatically patch different computers, and sorth them into groups. I also like the ability to run scripts on the fly and attach them to Custom fields such as battery life. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I really don't dislike much of anything from NinjaRMM. Sometimes the patching has issues with scans but I think it only has to do with certain settings on the PC or ...

"M.A. Polce's RMM of Choice is NinjaOne!"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? We spent a lot of time reviewing the competition before choosing our next RMM. We have been with NinjaOne most of 2023. We chose NinjaOne for many reasons. For starters, their executive sales team is extremely friendly and helpful. Immediately off of the jump you get an experienced engineer to answer your real questions while you learn the product. The engineer follows you when you become a client and you are given a dedicated ...

"An IT RMM that suits our team's need"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Easy to manage and navigate unlike any other RMM tool. The Ninja Dojo also helps us a lot during the testing up to the migration. Issues were resolved immediately with the help of our account manager What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The migration from an old Ninja platform (manage by 3rd party) to our own NinjaRMM seems to be a pain. We tried to follow what was in the dojo but unfortunately some machines are ...

"NinjaOne is awesome!"
