"Using Ninja is very easy."
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The ease of use. How approachable the account manager is. Very good product design and roadmap. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Lack of reporting customization. It is otherwise perfect for us. We know quite well the competing products and have little interest in the additional features they have to offer. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Simplfying IT ...

Probably the only thing would be the pricing. I realise that Ninja is pretty competitve but if the product was cheaper we could either the savings onto clients or make more margin. "A great way to manage endpoints spread over various locations around the world"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The easy to manage interface, allows for me to check the status daily on hundreds of end user devices and servers from a single view. It allows for integration with many of my other tools and also allows us to push new products and software to our end users from an easy to manage dahboard. Ninja is also very useful in troubleshooting issues for our end users by checking the status of the machine without having to rely on endusers ...

"Great well rounded product"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Dashboard - The super quick ability to identify the overall health of the network is great. The implementation was super quick and easy. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I think the ticketing system built into Ninja has potential but unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired. I'd recommend diving deeper into the development or the product or just punting on ticketing all together. What problems is NinjaOne ...

"Best tool that i've used to manage and support my clients"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? What I liked best about NinjaOne was that it was easy to get up and running. The onboarding process and support are amazing. Patching and monitoring devices have never been so easy. The integrations with Teamviewer, Sentinel One, and other applications are very easy to integrate. NinjaOne's support is supper, with fast responses from their support team. Any issues I've had, which have been very few, were resolved quickly. We use ...

"Used almost every RMM, Ninja is our favorite!"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Its always very easy to do anything we need. It may not have as many integrations as some RMM's that have been around for 20 years, but Ninja is super fast, cloud-first, not held together with bubblegum and duct tape. It does everything we need to do and do it super fast, not something we need to spend hours and days constantly tuning like other RMM's. Creating a new client and starting to deploy is less than a minute, we have parent ...

"Brilliant tool for IT Pros, nice and easy to use interface"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Brilliant for keeping on top of patches, software and O/S. Not only for the obvious reasons of security but also to maintain compliance for things like Cyber Essentials. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I don't really have anything to put in this section, I like the product and it does what it is meant to. Any issues are generally the fault of the remote machine, nothing that Ninja could control What problems ...
